- 07All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit at the time of booking -- Your deposit will go towards your service . This policy ensures we partner with clients who are committed to their healthy hair journey, value our stylists’ time, and help prevent any payment-related confusion.

- 09- A 15 minute grace period is provided. - A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes. Please notify the salon at 404-642-8552 if you're running late. Failure to notify may result in loss of deposit and rescheduling based on availability. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. As it may affect the clients after you. -If you are over 30 minutes late and it impacts the next client, your appointment will be rescheduled, and your deposit forfeited.
- 10• All HAIR INCLUDED service reschedules require at least one week’s notice. Anytime after will forfeit your deposit. • Any HAIR INCLUDED service cannot be changed after hair has been purchased and deposit has been paid. • All other services require a 72 hr minimum notice for rescheduling/changes. • Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hours/same day: 50% of the service will be charged.
